I joined the University of Manchester as a lecturer in law in May 2024. I was previously a post-doctoral researcher at the School of Law at the City University of Hong Kong from September 2022 to April 2024.
As a public lawyer, my research interests lie in the following areas: constitutional review, constitutional orders of authoritarian and hybrid regimes, law and politics, legislative studies, administrative rule-making, and comparative public law.
I primarily teach constitutional law and administrative law.
My research interests fall in the field of public law. I am particularly interested in the following topics in constitutional law and administrative law:
