Overview

First year PhD student at the Alliance Manchester Business School's People,Management and Organizations (PMO) division. 

My research interests lie in understanding the impact of diversity networks on equality outcomes for their members. I am particularly interested in looking at equality from an intersectional lens.

Apart from research, I am also currently the Co-PGR representative at the Work and Equalities Institute and responsible for organising and coordinating different activities for the PGR community within the institute.
