Overview

I am a plant biology researcher currently doing my PhD research, specializing in plant photosynthesis under environmental stresses to address global food security challenges. My research focuses on understanding plant photosynthesis and yield optimization under environmental stress to enhance global food security. Prior to my PhD, I spent over five years teaching plant science at a university in Bangladesh, where I also earned experience working research projects on the impacts of environmental stress on rice. My academic journey began at the University of Dhaka, where I completed a master's degree with specialization of plant physiology, following a BS (Hons) in Botany. I am deeply committed to advancing crop resilience through scientific research to support sustainable agriculture and food systems.
