My research interest focus on the governance and management of transnational higher education (TNHE) partnership, especially in Sino-UK joint institutes and oversea branch campus based in China, with decision making power allocated among different external and internal stakeholders from China's and UK's part. I also look at how China's TNHE partnership strategies influence the outside world particularly the UK and how the UK responds at the national and insitutional levels.
