Biography

BSc in Computational and Statistical Science (Mathematical Statistics) and PhD in Econometrics.

Research interests

Specific research interests:

Main research interest is  micro-data modeling. Areas of application have included experimental economics (binary panels), observational labour market behaviour (grouped count responses, deteminants of pricing for non-standard occupations), and poverty/inequality measurement (UK data, statistical data fusion).

Other interests include state space modelling of time series and econometric digital research.

Current/recent research projects:

CoDE: Centre on Dynamics of Ethnicity. ESRC 2013-2020. Large multidisciplinary project based in Social Science.   

How are poverty, ethnicity and social netwroks related? JRF 2014.  With colleagues in CMIST.
