Overview
Siqi Huang is a PhD candidate in Real Estate at the University of Manchester, funded by the joint scholarship provided by the university and China Scholarship Council (CSC). Her research interests lie primarily in the financial performance of responsible property investment, and she is supervised by Prof. Anupam Nanda and Dr. Eero Valtonen.
Biography
Before starting PhD, Siqi received her master's degree in real estate asset management with distinction from the University of Manchester in 2020 and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics in 2018. She has also worked as an analyst of industrial & logistics property in Cushman & Wakefield (in 2021) and as a financial consultant in PKF (in 2018) .
