Biography
Before joining UoM, he was a researcher at UCL, and Heriot-Watt University, having completed his MA and PhD at the University of Leeds.
Research interests
Sotirios' reseach interests lie primarily in the fields of real estate, urban, transport, and environmental economics, and interrelated aspects thereof. He is currently focused on the methodological development of house price models. He is also dedicated to applied research, with expertise in spatial, panel and cross-sectional econometrics, choice experiments, non-market valuation, food and drink retail, and transportation noise.
