Biography

 

Stephie Hsin-Ju Tsai is Lecturer in Strategic Management at School of Materials since 2008. Her research interests fall in the broad area of multinational corporation management, with a particular interest and expertise in multinational coordination, knowledge transfer, and subsidiary business networks. Her current research on innovation management of MNCs specifically examines the development and leverage of new technology in global context and contributes to the knowledge of headquarter-subsidiary dynamics of innovation development and transfer activities.
 
She received her PhD degree in International Business from Manchester Business School in 2009 and MBA degree from National Cheng Kung University in 2003.
