Our group focus on human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC), using them to understand development and disease in rare monogenic conditions. We have generated patient-derived and CRISPR-edited (isogenic) iPSC-lines for conditions affecting the nervous system, kidney and skeleton, developing in vitro models to understand disease mechanism and predict drug targets.
