Taeje Park

Taeje Park is a doctoral researcher at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research and the chair of the directorate of Kickstart Asia, an accelerator body accredited by the Korean government. His research interests lie in policies for entrepreneurial ecosystems, entrepreneurial outcomes, and startup capability.

As an accelerator and researcher, he has served as an expert advisor to the Small Medium Business Administration (SMBA), the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSMES), and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity (KFASC).

In terms of professional bodies, he has been elected as a fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), a fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland (RAI), and an advisor of The Entrepreneurs Network (TEN).

In accordance with the family tradition inherited from the scholar gentry class represented by Chiwon Pak Yeonam regarded as the greatest scholar in Northeast Asia, Taeje also has been working in the field of innovation in order to uphold the prestigious philosophy and heritage.
