Teaching focussed lecturer in Power and Energy in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Specialism in VSC-HVDC converters from an academic and industrial research perspective. Interests in power electronics, embedded systems and distributed control systems. Competent and diligent test leader with exposure to HV and LV environments. Good knowledge of the simulation and modelling of complex systems using PSCAD and MATLAB/Simulink.
