My research focuses on organizational decision making and learning. I examine organizational search behavior, the conditions under which organizations learn from failure, and the antecedents of adaptation to changes in the organizational environment. I am a Lecturer in Comparative and International Business at Alliance Manchester Business School. Prior to joining AMBS, I was an Assistant Professor at LMU Munich and a visiting scholar at NYU Stern School of Business. I completed my PhD at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI)/University of Lugano, Switzerland.
