Overview

Timothy Siew is a doctoral researcher at the University of Manchester. His research investigates marginalisation and oppression within repoliticised pluralist democracies, and how institutions should be configured to minimise it. This project is supervised by Dr Christian Schemmel, and Professor Miriam Ronzoni, within the political theory cluster (MANCEPT).

Research interests

Tim's research interests involve political theory – specifically democratic theory, justice, egalitarianism, agonism, and pluralism.
