Tracy is a chartered  psychologist with research interests in health psychology and health behaviour change. 

Biography

Tracy completed her PhD at the University of Sheffield in 2009. She has worked as a researcher at the University of Sheffield and the University of Manchester before becoming a lecturer in health psychology in 2017.

 

 

 

 

Research interests

  • Exploring the effectiveness of individual behaviour change techniques and identifying the conditions under which they are most effective

 

  • Identifying gaps in current research that lead to developing, implementing and evaluating behaviour change interventions using laboratory and field based randomised controlled trials.

 

  • Understanding patient experiences and relation to health behaviours
