Victoria is a Lecturer in Law (Healthcare) and co-director of the Centre for Social Ethics and Policy at the University of Manchester. She completed her PhD at the University of Manchester on the topic of regulatory responses to patients safety incidents during hospital discharges. Victoria's research interests include healthcare law and regulation, and patient safety.

Victoria welcomes applications for PhD study in healthcare law and regulation.
