Research interests
Outcome studies: prospective studies examining the predictors of outcome following the onset of inflammatory disease including the role of therapy.
Genetics and genomics: studies on the genetic contribution to a range of rheumatological disorders but with a specific focus on inflammatory joint disease.
Research Lead for the Childhood Arthritis research programme within the Musculoskeletal theme of the NIHR Manchester Biomedical Research Centre.
Teaching
Teach on MSc in Rheumatology and MSc in Immunology and Immunogenetics.
Social responsibility
