Biography
Dr. Mobini (Senior Member, IEEE) received her Ph.D. degree from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. She was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with Queen’s University Belfast, U.K., from 2021 to 2025. From November 2010 to November 2011, she was a Visiting Researcher at the School of Engineering, Australian National University (ANU), Canberra, Australia. Her research interests include physical-layer security, cell-free massive MIMO, integrated sensing and communications (ISAC), reconfigurable intelligent surfaces, AI-empowered communications, and resource management and optimization. She has co-authored numerous research papers in wireless communications. She received a Commendation in the 2025 Postdoc Support Award from Queen’s University Belfast. She received the IEEE best paper awards in IEEE IST 2018, and MWTS 2018. She serves as the Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Communications, and the Physical Communication (Elsevier), and has served as a Technical Program Committee member for prominent IEEE conferences such as ICC, GLOBECOM, and VTC.
