Awarded 3-year research grant from Swedish Research Council Formas to explore and use environmental film making in urban research on waste and sanitation in Africa: “Towards a Visual Environmental Humanities in the Digital Era: Filming and Writing as a Bimodal Research Practice” (VEH)). PI: Jacob von Heland; Co-I: Henrik Ernstson. 3 000 000 SEK. (Two research films are planned, linked to TLR and HICCUP projects in South African and Ugandan cities.)
