Established by Cecilia Pardiñas-Guevara and awarded by the Centre for Latin American and Caribbean Studies at the University of Manchester, this yearly prize is given to the most original essay on an Argentine topic in any discipline. Students enrolled in a British university or in the immediately preceding academic year are eligible.
