Description

This project examined the incidence, social, clinical and treatment characteristics of people who died by suicide by self-poisoning in England in 2005 but had reached hospital alive. The study aimed to identify whether improved medical management of self-poisoning could contribute to suicide prevention.

Findings were published in a report and research paper.
