Abstract

We report the outline construction and use of a dedicated sampler for the discrimination of wheat samples based on odour for at-line measurement giving real-time grading of samples. Commercial grain samples were classified as good or bad by a trained odour panel and the results compared against the dedicated sampler with promising results.
