Abstract
Drawing on a combination of Home Office data and the personal accounts, this report explores the growing threat of Taser usage with a particular focus on Greater Manchester Police. The report demonstrates that the inherent health and safety risks associated with Tasers are being disproportionately borne by Black communities and individuals suffering from mental health conditions with potentially fatal consequences.
