Abstract

A review of behaviour change interventions, in community dwelling adults (between 50 to 70 years of age) that are aimed at increasing the promotion, uptake and maintenance of physical activity and/ or the decrease in sedentary behaviours. The behaviours of interest include (but are not exclusive to): physical activity and sedentary behaviour.
