A T cell clone which responds to interleukin 2 but not to interleukin 4

    Abstract

    The T cell clone CSP 2.1 is stimulated into proliferation by interleukin (IL) 2 but not IL 4, whereas many T cells respond to both. This clone is therefore suuitable for the identification and quantification of IL 2 in the presence of IL 4.
