Abstract

Content & Focus: This Editorial provides a brief reflection of a year in the life of Counselling Psychology Review. It looks back and summarises the activities of the publication over the past year before looking forward and contemplating future developments (if only we had a time machine! – a topical reference to one of thepapers in this particular edition). In particular, we summarise the number of submissions the publication has received and reviewed in the past year – a factor that would not be possible with the voluntary support of those contributing peer reviews – and outline the special editions that we have planned for the present year. Finally, we provide a brief overview of what has become an unofficial theoretical special edition.
