These 2 decisions reveal different agendas for their development and also contain unsettling dicta and discussion. As a result the chapters on the general economic torts all needed some rewriting (Chapters 3-6) but new chapters needed to be added to debate the background, importance and impact of OBG and Total Network. So Chapters 2 and 8 wrap round the discussion of the individual general economic torts. And the new Chapter 7 debates the phenomenon of two-party economic torts , given the discussion of such liability in Total Network. To balance this rewrite and debate over the general economic torts I have added a new chapter - Chapter 12 - to debate the future of the misrepresentation economic torts. The final chapter - where the optimum framework is offered is significantly longer and more detailed than in the first edition, as a result.",
