    Abstract

The axisymmetric turbulent hypersonic flow of a viscous perfect gas around cones with small radiuses of bluntness is considered. On the basis of a system of complete viscous shock layer equations, the influence of the entropic layer's absorption on slender bodies upon heat transfer towards the surface and friction is investigated. Correlations for the heat flow and the friction coefficient along the cone's surface at considerable distances from the front critical point are revealed. The calculation results and their correlations by the viscous shock layer model and by an approximate model of boundary layer with regard to the entropic layer's absorption are given. A generalization of the Reynolds analogy is obtained.
