Abstract

What are museums doing to make their exhibitions barrier-free, inclusive, and accessible? At the Wakayama Prefectural Museum in Japan, high school & university students under the guidance of Senior Curator Dr. Ōkouchi Tomoyuki create replicas of temple and shrine statues that visitors to the museum can touch and explore.
