    Abstract

BATTLE OF THE TITANS — Up to 5000 sq-ft of interactive experience, featuring real fossils, stunning graphics, groundbreaking ideas, exciting videos hosted by world-famous paleontologists, interactive displays, immersive background audio, living dioramas, live plants, and of course ….LIFE SIZE DINOSAURS!Battle of the Titans was specifically created to suit the needs of botanical gardens and their audiences. But what do dinosaurs and plants have to do with each other? The answer lies in ecology, the interdependence of species within ecosystems that allowed them to thrive, in a climate that produced some of the most spectacular creatures Earth has ever known. The power of the exhibit lies in the fact that its seemingly bombastic, action-packed theme leads to an astounding truthabout the quiet forces, the perpetual symmetry and balance of nature, that can both create giants|and send them off to oblivion.Battle of the Titans debuted at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, Canada,in January 2013, and proceeded to break all attendance records as well as giving a big boost to new memberships. Customer satisfaction with the exhibit scored over 94% throughout its 11-week run.
