Abstract
It was recognized that multiple mechanisms were responsible for postflight cardiovascular dysfunction on returning to the 1-g environment. Thus, the peripheral resistance play an important role in maintaining and regulating the blood pressure, more and more attention was focused on adaptational changes of small arteries after real/simulated weightlessness. It was found that the BKCa current densities and the KV current densities of VSMCs from SUS group were significantly greater than those of CON group, these changes hyperpolarized the VSMCs from SUS group.
