    Abstract

Digital networks facilitated by peers who understand the lived experience of HE for students from underrepresented backgrounds offer a valuable addition to a spectrum of university support and multiplicity of relations.●●This pilot project has acted as an advocate for underrepresented voices and contributed to university-wide practice on engagement for successful learning across WP activities and modelled collaborative practice to include staff-student partners.●●Collaborative staff-student projects are well placed to be both proactive and reactive with respect to student needs in challenging contexts.
