    Abstract

Defining user requirements is the most difficult task of software development. User requirements are defined by collaborating stakeholders. However, facilitating a group of stakeholders who have different needs and perspectives is a challenge. We aim for designing collaborative processes that helps stakeholders reach agreement over system’s user requirements. *Authors would like to thank the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) for supporting this project [Grant#71150110170]
