Abstract
A latest model of storage-ring free-electron laser (SRFEL) was proposed. It was found in a SREFL that due to the effect of magnetic field, the electrons emit synchrotron radiation. The calculations were carried out to derive the explicit dependence of the main laser parameters on the temporal detuning. It was also observed that to provide an effective stabilization of the unstable steady state, a feedback procedure was implemented.
