    Abstract

We present angle-resolved core level photoemission studies of Na0.64WO3(110)3 × 1. The spectra are interpreted in terms of a recent model which shows two facetted reconstructions present simultaneously at the surface. W 4f and Na 2p core level peak positions and intensities are interpreted on the basis of the different local atomic co-ordination spheres within the model.
