Abstract

There is a typographical error in Eq. 2 in our recent work (Sutton et al., 2022). The equation should contain 1/G in the second term of the right-hand side of the equation, instead of G. This error does not have any impact on any of the results or conclusions presented in the paper since Eq. 2 has been correctly implemented into the CFD code used for the simulations. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
