Abstract
The paper addresses workplace dynamics in a multi-cultural establishment.Specifically, data collected from the British-French construction consortium, TransManche Link is analysed to gain insights into the management setting, work climate, employee perceptions and their inter-relationships. Further, differences between the British and French managers on these dimensions are investigated. In order to tackle the complexity of the analysis, the study employed structural equation modelling to hypothesise and simultaneously model the multiple relationships of concern.
