Abstract

Introduction: Long Covid remains a global health challenge. We report here the case of a 55-year-old female who contracted acute COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) in March 2020 with symptoms including a high fever for 15 days. She subsequently reported fatigue-related symptoms compatible with Long Covid. Methods: Treatment was aimed at aiding glymphatic drainage. The patient captured information about her sleep quality which is presented here together with her Profile of Fatigue-Related Symptoms Scale (PFRS) scores. Results: Following the 16 treatments, the patient's PFRS Score reduced to 85, in keeping with a marked decline in symptom severity. Specifically, somatic symptoms, fatigue and cognitive scores showed a reduction in severity compared to the initial score. Conclusion: There was an overall benefit in relation to Long Covid symptom reduction achieved following this therapy.
