Abstract
For achieving the optimal control for the shift process of integrated motor-transmission (IMT), a measurement and control system of test bench is developed. In view of the functional requirements and the distinctions of shifting process of IMT, an upper and lower computer structure is adopted for the system, in which the upper computer fulfils the tasks of software function design and control algorithm implementation with NI-Labview, while the lower computer with real-time operating system measures the key signals of shift process and sends out the control instructions. The shift control adopts a phase-wise multi-objective coordinated control algorithm for improving shift quality. The results of numerous shifting tests show that the system is stable in performance and can fulfill the functions of synchronous signals acquisition, data storage, real-time display, shift control and on-line parameter adjustment, providing a basis for the modeling and control strategy optimization of shift process.
