The sensor arrangement includes a number of sensors on a support together with a multiplexer connected to the sensors. The sensor is also connected to a separate control and output arrangement, by a data link.The support has a data link connector adapted to receive a connector from the control and output arrangement such that the support can be left in a sensing location for occasional connection.ADVANTAGE - Provides a sensor which can be made small enough to be incorporated in a wound dressing and operated there without interference with dressing and without any discomfort to patient.
