Abstract

These are .nex files for nine Anopheles species that were abundantly found in the West Khasi hills and West Jainitia hills district in Meghalaya state of India. These alignment files were used to make haplotype networks in the software POPART. The data contains sequences from three study sites: Nartiang, Barato and Nonglang.
