    Abstract

The timescale of the effects of emotional arousal on neutral information processing is crucial for the prediction GANE can make. Mather et al.’s review suggests that when stimuli are presented slowly and sequentially, neutral information processing will change when emotional stimuli are present in the sequence. We review three ERP experiments, including our own new dataset, to test this prediction.
