Abstract

The authors would like to correct an error in the above paper. On page 7: "The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was 6 436 087 (44 409/ 0.0069 QALYs)" Should be: "The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was 6 383 913 (44 049/ 0.0069 QALYs)" The authors apologise for this error.
