Abstract
The purpose of this article is to think the notion of Human Rights as production of
subjectivity, questioning both the knowledge and practice of psychology as agents of
production and the effects that it is produced. Questioning the positivist perspective that
naturalizes the objects studied, it is understood that there are natural human rights, but the
historical contexts that produce them. Through the notion of event, it is possible to understand
that rights are dated, located, discontinuous, produced by the everyday practices and actions.
Thinking about the training and activities of psychologists inserted in such a context analysis
is calling them to think about the places they occupy in the subjectivities that they are
producing, the forces that go through to build a certain face to the object on Human Rights.
