Abstract
This series of case studies demonstrate the context and practice, and the challenges and opportunities for PE, school sport and physical activity (PESSPA) schools encounter when managing provision and negotiating real world realities. The case studies depict the different contextual factors that influence how schools approach providing PESSPA. While there are some common approaches and experiences, there are also bespoke needs to address for staff and pupils making each school unique with its own circumstances.
