    Abstract

    The heat capacity of gadolinium pyrochlore (Gd2 Ti2 O7) was measured by enthalpy increment measurements in the range of (585 to 1485) K utilizing drop calorimetry on a synthetic Gd-pyrochlore and the high-temperature dependence of the heat capacity has been determined. © 2009 Elsevier Ltd.
