Abstract

On-shaft vibration (OSV) together with the wireless router has been used for the vibration based condition monitoring (VCM) and the method has been applied to a small experimental rig. The observations made on the measured OSV data during the rig run-up operation, in particular the identification of the rig critical speeds from the OSV run-up data are presented in this paper.
