    Abstract

Proteins from Saccharomyces cerevisiae were tested for their crossreactivity with antibodies raised against nuclear lamina proteins of Ehrlich Ascites Tumour cells. The results of the immunoblotting experiments and ELISA suggest the existence of at least two proteins (65 and 59 kDa) which are immunologically related to the nuclear lamina proteins of higher eukaryotes. © 1988 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
