Editorial considering pre and post registration dementia training for health and social care professionals and the importance of working in partnership with people with dementia in the design and delivery of educational programmes. Discusses the involvment of Ann Johnson, a person with dementia, in the delivery of post graduate dementia care education at the University of Manchester.
