N2 - This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To determine the impact of weight loss interventions, in addition to standard management of endometrial cancer, on overall survival and the frequency of adverse events. Secondary objectives include an assessment of weight loss interventions on endometrial cancer-specific survival, cardiovascular event frequency, and QoL, stratified according to patient BMI, and patient and tumour characteristics.
