Abstract

This contribution focuses on the registration of goods of religious communities in Spain, and deals with both the legal framework concerning the Roman Catholic Church, on the one hand, and the other religious denominations, on the other. It looks at this field from a contemporary perspective, but does not underestimate the significance of the historical context.
